First of all, TCS would like to express our sincere gratitute for the support and cooperation you have given us over the years.

In order to develop our service quality standards, as well as to provide greater convenience and values to your imports, we would like to introduce our new “Advance cargo collection registration service”, with details as follows:

1.   Date of application:

Registration acceptance: commencing 1^st  December 2011 – 07:30 AM

Delivery based on registration: commencing 2^nd  December 2011 – 07:30 AM

2.   Customer benefits:

The registration process is totally free-of-charge

Minimizing collection lead-time

Imported shipments are checked and readied for collection as soon as payment procedures are completed

Flexible registration methods (directly at import checking counter, or remotely through phone/ fax/ email)

3.   Instructions for advance registration:

Step 1: prepare the following shipment details to complete your registration

Name and contact details of consignee

Air waybill numbers (MAWB, HAWB)

Scheduled date and time of collection

Step 2: forward the above information to TCS though one of the following methods

4.   Conditions for advance registration:

Only applicable to shipments whose “notice of arrival” have been officially sent to cargo agent/ consignee by TCS, or confirmed on TCS web portal.

Registration acceptance hours:

Please send your advance registration information at least 01 day prior to your scheduled collection time:

Registration acceptance hours:
Through telephone/fax/in person:	Before 17:00 daily
Through email:	Before 21:00 daily

Please note: TCS will not have sufficient lead-time to process registrations submitted after the above hours for next-day collection
