Instruction: Procedures for Advance Cargo Collection Registration via TCS website

First of all, TCS would like to express our sincere gratitute for the support and cooperation you have given us over the years.

In order to make our “Advance Cargo Collection Registration” service even more convenient to the customers, we would like to introduce an additional method for registration via the Internet (online – using TCS website), with details as follows:

1.   The required information for registration :

Please provide the following details to complete your registration

- Name and contact details of consignee (telephone, email)

- Shipment details (MAWB, HAWB, pieces/weight)

- Scheduled date and time of collection

2.   Instructions for online registration:

2.1.   Method 1:

Step1:Go to TCS website through web-link www.tcs.com.vn

 

Step 2:Access“Import Cargo Services”from the “Services”tab

 

Step 3:Click on“Advance Cargo Collection Registration Service” for dropdown information

 

Step 4:Click on“Direct registration through TCS website”

 

Step 5:Fill in the web form with the required information, and then press“Submit Form”to complete the registration process

 

2.2.   Method 2:

Step 1:Access the direct web link

Step 2:Fill in the web form with the required information, and then press “Submit Form” to complete the online registration process

3.   Conditions for advance registration:

- Only applicable for shipments in which “Notice Of Arrival” have been officially sent to cargo agent/consignee by TCS, or confirmed on TCS web portal.

- Registration acceptance hours:Please complete your advance registration latest by 21:00 hrs on the dayprior to your scheduled collection date.

Please note: TCS will not have sufficient lead-time to process registrations submitted after21:00 for next-day collection.
