Service charges for export cargo

Dear Valued Customers,

 First of all, I would like to thank you for your continuous support to TCS as your cargo handling partner over the years.

 Based on the instruction from Japan Airlines on 22 August 2011 regarding to the service charges, I would like to inform you as follows:

 1. Effective from 01 October 2011, TCS will collect all service charges directly from customers at counter for international export cargo on Japan Airlines flight (AWB code: 131).

 2. The service charges which will be collected directly include:

 - The service charge for general export cargo (effective from 01 January 2007):

   Charge rate: 350 VND/kg (excluding 10% VAT)

   Minimum charge: 36,000 VND per service (AWB) (excluding 10% VAT)

 - The service charge for special cargo: Based on current TCS handling charge list (effective from 01 January 2007) published on website http://www.tcs.com.vn
