THE DEPLOYMENT OF TCS’ NEW CARGO OPERATIONS SYSTEMS (COSYS)

In order to meet future market demands, TCS has scheduled the implementation of its new cargo operations systems (COSYS) from 1^st January 2012. COSYS will initially be deployed to handle Malaysia Airlines (MH), K-Mile (8K), and Thai Airways (TG). During the initial stage of the deployment, online tracking functions (through TCS website www.tcs.com.vn) shall be temporarily unavailable for these carriers, but will be resumed from February 2012.

Designed based on a sophisticated, world-renowned foundation of information technology, COSYS will enhance stability, accuracy, and safety of cargo handling and management. It is envisioned that, once fully functional, the new system will play a crucial role in quality improvements at TCS, and hence further strengthen customers’ trust towards the company’s capabilities to deliver beyond their expectations.
